Manfred's Life.

Bit by Bit.

There Is No Culture, Only Proofs of Culture

Culture is a myth. What really matters are proofs of culture—the actions that back it up.

Your company says it values transparency? Great. But if you hide mistakes or ghost customers, guess what? That’s your real culture. Claim kindness but act like a jerk in traffic? Proof’s in the puddin’.

Culture isn’t what you write on a wall; it’s what you do when no one’s watching. If there’s a gap between what you say and what you do, it’s not a culture problem—it’s a proof problem. And the good news? Actions are yours to fix.

There is no culture. Only proofs of culture. What are yours?
