PMG: Auditing, Advising, and Learning
PMG was a passion project that turned into a masterclass in how businesses succeed—and fail. Through auditing and advising companies, I had the privilege to step inside their walls, peel back the layers, and see what makes them tick. It wasn’t just consulting; it was exploration.
At PMG, I met incredible founders. Visionaries juggling chaos, determination, and ambition. Helping them navigate challenges wasn’t just work—it was pride. Each success story felt like a win for the whole team, and every struggle was a chance to dive deeper into problem-solving.
But PMG wasn’t just about helping others—it helped me, too. Every company I worked with was a lesson. I absorbed good patterns to emulate in my own ventures and learned what pitfalls to avoid. It became a mirror, reflecting insights that shaped how I approached building and scaling my own projects.
The best part? Seeing ideas click. Watching a founder shift from overwhelmed to empowered after a session. Knowing you’ve left an impact, even if your name isn’t on the door.
These days, I’m sad that I don’t have the same time to dedicate to PMG. But the lessons? They’re always with me. And for that, I’m grateful.
